Duties involved: Initiating Multicultural projects and events, grant writing to receive funds for these projects and events, Multicultural projects and events management, liaising across a broad range of Multicultural organizations, groups and individuals, researching grant resources from Government, Council and philanthropic bodies, collaborating on grant outcomes, processes and budgets, writing and acquitting grant applications.

Initiated WordStorm – the NT Writers’ Festival, responsible for annual budget/budget acquittals and annual audit, annual programming, major events and project management, advocacy, annual and project grant writing and acquittals, managing staff members, answering to a Committee of Management, community liaison, networking, collaborating with community organizations [arts and non-arts based], liaising with Government departments, securing sponsorships and partnerships, maintaining records, writing annual reports, devising and adhering to discrete project budgets.
